Jerry L. Simmons

Jerry Simmons is a Broker / Realtor and owner of Kings Mountain Realty.  He is licensed in both North and South Carolina and has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate business.  During this time he has helped many many people realize their dream of finding that perfect house or that perfect piece of property on which to build their dream home.  Jerry also has vast experience in selling commercial property and farms.  

Jerry is a retired North Carolina educator.  He taught in the classroom and served as a School Principal in Cleveland County for over 30 years.  Retiring from the School System allowed him to enter full-time into another one of his passions, the Real Estate business.
